Yesterday I went on my work Xmas do. And it was blooming cold and very tiring. We went on a 4 hour walk around Edale in the Peak District followed by a slap up meal at the Nag’s Head in Edale. I am not very fit and am also not good in cold and icy conditions so I didn’t enjoy the walk very much. It didn’t help that I slipped on some ice early on the walk and landed on my back leaving me a bit bruised and battered.
But I did take this group shot that shows just how cold it was:
