The one above is of Ida Nilsson who came 9th in the Elite Women's Race. Amazingly she ran the 10K course in 34 minutes 44 seconds. I reckon she would have beaten me by at least an hour!
This is Hazel & Ed before the race:

Eloise Wellings who came 11th:

Eliud Kipchoge, who won the Men's race. Not surprising as he is an ex-World Champion and current Olympic silver medallist at 5000m.

Moumin Geele who came 2nd followed by Shawn Forrest who came 3rd.

Shawn Forrest

Mustafa Mohamed who came 4th

What time is it? Sam Farah is the athlete.

Enough of the elite runners. There were 8000 runners taking part in the race and not all of them were as serious as the elite guys and girls. Like this bloke, called Dean Jones, dressed as a red indian:

3823 is a guy called Simon Gilbert. His family were cheering him on but forgot to take a photo. I thought I'd post this here in case they want one!

The guy dressed as an Indian didn't have the monopoly on costumes, there were also these:
Stephen Parry, Thunderbirds are GO!

Elephant Man

Banana Woman aka Hayley Jane Martin

Sumoman aka Luke Allwood

You can see more photos of athletes and runners in my events pages here. If you ran in the race click and perhaps you'll see yourself. Although obviously Hazel and Ed shouldn't do this as you won't see yourselves running!
Annoyed with myself for completely missing Hazel and Ed I got them to pose at the end of the race with their medals. I also almost managed to cock this one up too. I didn't realise that my lens was set to manual focus by mistake. I took the shot without adjusting the focus. Thankfully the focus was just about OK and at this size looks fine. At 100% it doesn't look too decent but it will have to do!

We then all headed off to The Fat Cat for a slap-up roast lunch. And very yummy - and cheap! - it was too:
