I've become a new convert to the wonders of DAB radio. My lovely brothers and sister-in-law bought be a DAB radio for my birthday and I love it. Not the most exciting blog post ever but I thought I would shout about how wonderful DAB is.
Now I realise I have come very late to the DAB party but isn't that the best time to arrive at a party anyway. I love listening to 5 Live in my kitchen while cooking but listening via MW is a bit painful. I can now listen in glorious digital sound and I am loving it. I have to say that all these voices that I have been listening to all these years - Alan Green, Eleanor Oldroyd and the others - all sound really strange now that I'm not hearing them in crackly MW.
As I write this though I notice that it's started snowing again. Here's hoping that I am able to get to work OK tomorrow,

Hmm, I think I need one in my car too. Listening to 5Live in MW this morning on my way to work sounded horrible!
